Postage is calculated and displayed at checkout.

International shipping is more expensive that we like at the moment so we apologise.

Your order will typically ship out within 7 business days after it is received. We do not ship on most major holidays, please keep that in mind when placing your order. If you need an estimate just make an account, put something in your cart, and click "Checkout".

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at ImaginationEngineRecords@gmail.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.
Additional exceptions to the return policy: You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the shirt, open the CD, chew up the tape, try on the tote etc. Only unopened and sealed CDs, Cassettes and vinyl albums may be returned. Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked CD/Cassette covers. Certain sale and discount items are non-returnable.
